Ahlam wearing the biggest diamond ring in the world ring in Arab Idol program

It's not a strange thing that the Emirati artist Ahlam have any thing that is precious and expensive. In one of episodes of "Arab Idol", appeared Ahlam wearing the accessories and one more thing we can not look at any thing else is her diamond ring. which is one of the largest diamondoid piece in the world.

Ahlam has been known for her extravagant taste in jewelry and designer gowns ... she stunned the Arab world with her gem-licious crocodile bracelet last year and the $450.000 gown she wore in the finale of the first season of Arab Idol.

During the finale of Arab Idol 2 on Friday night, Ahlam looked fantabulous in a gold and white gown and uber expensive jewelry from Mouawad. Would you believe that the necklace she had on costs a whopping 47 Million dollars!?  Yes! That's not a joke! 47 Million worth of the best type of diamonds in the most expensive cuts and big sizes!

Some may say she should have put her money in a more beneficial place, but for those who don't know, her gowns and jewelry are curtsy of the designers and she returns them after the show is done and over. So, she doesn't pay for any of them, she just gets the chance to prance around in them for a couple of hours.

But really, she looked really good in that gown and that necklace ... I loved the look and thought she looked heavenly. Très chic!

The Most 82 Years Old Beautiful Woman Who Has Never Done Any Surgery

Johanna Cornet is an 82 years old woman from Paris. As it has been lately reported in Science magazine, she was born in 1932 and has never done plastic surgery. Yet she looks like if she was 40 years old and not 82. Johanna is the mother of four children, and has eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

According to the interview with the American magazine Science, Johanna eats lot of watermelon.  She states that this is what allows her to stay young for so long. A genetic anomaly could also be the cause of her (almost) eternal youth.

Medically it is possible that Johanna’s cells reprogram gradually. The myth of eternal youth was revived in 2014 after incredible discoveries of French scientists. Indeed the work done by a team of biologists from the University of Montpellier have demonstrated that it is possible to rejuvenate skin cells, from people over 90 years, by reprogramming.

The Brazilian Women-Only-Town Noiva do Cordeiro Asks For Marriage

The approximately 600 women in the Brazilian town of Noiva do Cordeiro - mostly aged between 20 and 25 - are saying no to marriage, baptism and any rules made by men. The beautiful women of the town are making headlines with their appeal for single men.

"Here, the only men we single girls meet are either married or related to us; everyone is a cousin. I haven't kissed a man for a long time. We all dream of falling in love and getting married," Nelma Fernandes, 23, said.

However, for men to win their hearts, they need to accept their strong conviction that is rooted in the town's history.

Noiva de Cordeiro means Bride of the Lamb. A woman, Maria Senhorinha de Lima, fled to the then nameless town as she was being ostracised for being an adulteress. Delina Fernandes Pereira, one of her grandchildren, is presently living in the town and had became controversial for being married to a pastor at the very young age of 16.

Inasmuch as the women in the town were very vocal and passionate in their search for men, they will not allow men to get in the way how they are running the town.

"We have God in our hearts. But we don't think we need to go to church, get married in front of a priest or baptise our children. These are rules made up by men," Rosalee Fernandes told The Telegraph UK.

Fernandes underlined that the town has proven that women do better than men. Noiva do Cordeiro is more peaceful compared if men were in charge. When there are arguments, the women resolve it through finding a compromise rather than creating a conflict like how men do.

The women love their way of life and have no plan of leaving the town to find a husband. Hence, they are looking for husbands who would be strong enough to leave their own lives and surrender to their conviction.

They sounded tough but these women will always be girls in their hearts. They act as each other's sisters, sharing everything - all for one, and one for all.

They live humbly and are the happiest even with the simplest things. Just recently, they work together to come up with funds to buy a big widescreen TV - "so we can all watch soap operas together." They always have time for chit-chats, shares each other's clothes and do each other's hair and nails.

All of us knows that cats hate baths…even the big ones like lions! But the man washing this lion got lucky, he is really the bravest lion breeder in the world.

It's hard to realize how this man didn't get his face ripped off.  Not only did he come face to face with a fully-grown lion, he washed the lion with a soapy sponge like it was a car.

The incredible viral footage shows the man, reportedly a Yemeni lion breeder, forcefully scrubbing the animal's head, belly and even genitals - and the lion generally didn't seem to mind.

Incredible space stone seems like it has a nebula trapped inside

This is just a stone. Not a photo of a stone with a Hubble Space Telescope image pasted over it. Not a hologram made inside some piece of glass. Not a portal to another dimension. Just a stone. It's like a some spacetime wizard captured a piece of the Universe and trapped it inside.

via AP

The stone is an opal. A "very fine American contraluz opal found" in Opal Butte, Oregon, according to Bonhams, the auction house that sold it last May for around $20,000. Their description says that the 4.6 x 4.4 x 1-centimeter gemstone is a "clear, transparent crystal body having a fine, firey play-of-color that is gem quality. The piece has a botryoidal jasper formation which forms a unique inclusion."

Just in China, Going for a walk with cabbage

If several Western media outlets are to be believed, there's a new trend in China where teens have started to take heads of cabbage on walks on leashes to combat loneliness and depression. "I have more interest for my cabbage than I do my parents. I feel it understands me," the Huffington Post quoted a Chinese teen as saying in an article published earlier this month.

"I feel I can transfer my negative thoughts about myself to the cabbage, go for a walk with it and come home feeling better about myself," the website quotes another Chinese teen as saying. The only problem, however, is that it isn't true -- not all of it, anyway. Indeed, Chinese teens have been spotted walking around the streets of Beijing lugging heads of cabbage behind them on leashes. But it isn't new, it isn't a 'trend,' and it has nothing to do with combating loneliness. Rather, it's part of a performance art piece by Chinese artist Han Bing that was unveiled at the Beijing music festival.

The video conversation:
Abe-chan: Good morning!
Owner: Good morning to you.
Abe-chan: I’m a good boy, aren’t I?
Owner: You sure are. Abe-chan, I’m going out. Can you look after the house?

Firemen Use The Water To Design a Flying Stand

Looks so fun! This happened at a Russian firefighting station. I guess they were just trying to find some entertainment between calls. You've gotta give it to them though... that is a pretty sweet magic carpet trick!! You can probably figure it out just by looking but I'll explain anyways: they're using the mini trampoline/catcher and several fire hoses.

The water pressure is completely even between the hoses, so the person riding it just needs to balance in order for it to work! How neat is that?
