A Good Example About The Deception of Mind

Why We Can't Trust Our Brain

Not only did evolution design our bodies, but it also designed our minds and how we think and reason.

Each day we must make countless decisions that are critical for our well-being, including decisions regarding what to eat, whom to befriend, whom to trust, whom to deceive, and so on...
For Centuries, psychologists, philosophers and students of human nature have been probing how and why humans lie. But it was only in the mid-1900s that the study of deception emerged as a subject of popular scientific inquiry.

From thousands of controlled scientific studies and the field research done during this relatively short period, researchers and criminal investigators have amassed a considerable body of knowledge about deception—and how to detect it.
  1. Humans are lied to as many as 200 times a day.
  2. Humans detect lies with only 54% accuracy.
  3. Between 75% and 82% of lies go undetected.
  4. Of the lies we tell, 25% are for someone else’s sake.
  5. Children begin deceiving as early as age 6 months.
  6. Avoiding eye contact is the most presumed sign of lying around the world—even though it’s false.
  7. One in six juries reaches an incorrect verdict.
  8. Training can improve a person’s lie detection ability by 25-50%.
In this video, I'll give you a good example  about the deception of Mind, suppose that I gave you something and you but this thing somewhere after that you find this thing became different than you think and you are sure that nobody do anything about this change, then you will be deceived and you will not trust your mind that that thing is changed by somehow regardless who changed it.

Men all over the world are attracted to women who have a relatively youthful appearance. If you doubt this, just ask any woman over 40 or look at the billions of dollars spent by women trying to look youthful (In fact, Americans spend more money on their appearance than they spend on education). Or think about how many men leave their young wives for older women.

Now, the reason that men are attracted to youthful women is straightforward. Such preferences are not because of our "culture" or the "media" - rather in the game of life, such preferences were useful to the men who just happened to be attracted to youthful looking women.

Personal safety: What Would You Do If You Walked Into a Murder In Progress

What would you do if you walked into a murder in progress, say for example you were in a building and waiting the elevator and when the door of the Lift opened you see two guys fighting each other and suddenly some of them take a rope and put it a round the other person neck to strangle him. watch the reaction of people how watch this situation.

Many people fear the possibility of being robbed or assaulted while outside the safety of their home and, though these incidents are fairly rare, they do happen. There are some basic steps that you can take to help prevent an assault or to respond correctly if something does happen.

These are basic steps via, so they may seem extremely simple, but they do work. The most important thing in any of these situations is to be aware of your surroundings at all times and to trust your gut instinct. If a certain person, place, or situation makes you feel uncomfortable, get out immediately

What do good communication skills and self-defense have in common?

Knowing you can handle yourself in any physical situation means you carry yourself differently. If you believe your life is worth fighting for, you’re likely to believe your ideas, health and happiness are worth it too.

When you are able to communicate clearly what you want or need from any situation, you assess people differently, you value yourself differently, people listen to you differently. Your personal safety skills turn into healthy communication skills that translate to all areas of your life.

Personal safety refers not only to physical safety (freedom from physical harm) but also to psychological safety, which involves freedom from worry about physical safety as well as being victimized by hostility, aggression, and harassment. Valuing physical and psychological safety means emphasizing not only bright lights, but also a welcoming, respectful environment.

Human security is an emerging paradigm for understanding global vulnerabilities whose proponents challenge the traditional notion of national security by arguing that the proper referent for security should be the individual rather than the state. Human security holds that a people-centered view of security is necessary for national, regional and global stability.

A Smart Dog Driver Drives a Smart Car

Some guy is asking around for help. Luckily, this super smart dog pulls up in his SUV and is able to have a conversation with the guy. How the heck is that even possible?

suppose that you were in such situation, what would you  do to believe that you are awake and that is not a dream!!. Really this prank  makes you like an crazy man who is standing, keeping his eyes on that dog.

I think it'd be funny if they worked in some sort of police chase, and the dog was driving the k-9 unit.

One of the funniest comment on this video was "My dog can drive too. He just got his drivers license.....but it took him 3 tries to pass the test. (It only took me 2)."
